Accessible roofing, exterior surfaces, drainage, doors, and windows.
Visible foundation, structural components, and accessible attic areas.
Accessible service equipment, panels, outlets, and visible wiring.
Visible supply and drain components, fixtures, and water-heating equipment.
Accessible equipment and normal operating controls, where conditions permit.

Yes. Let us know if you’d like to attend so we can coordinate with the property’s access arrangements. There will be an opportunity to discuss the findings and your questions.
Yes, we offer independent home inspections for VA-financed buyers. This service is separate from a VA appraisal. It does not certify compliance with VA property requirements or replace any appraisal, pest inspection, or other work your lender requires.
Homes under 2,000 sq ft are $550. For homes at or above 2,000 sq ft, or properties with additional dwellings or special requirements, choose “Request your quote.” We’ll review the details and provide a price before you book. A quote request does not reserve an appointment.
